Pioneer (Nutana) Cemetery Walking Tour – June 9th
Join local historian Bill Delainey on a walking tour of Pioneer (Nutana) Cemetery on Sunday, June 9th at 2pm
Pioneer Cemetery, Saskatoon's first cemetery, was established in 1884, a year after the community was established. It remained in use until 1909 and thereafter only for those who had already established plots.
The tour will meet at the entrance to the cemetery at the intersection of Ruth Street and St. Henry Avenue. A Saskatoon Heritage Society Programme.
